Welcome to Winter Haven! This 5-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom home located directly on Lake Otis is ideal for families looking to enjoy lake life and explore the area’s theme parks. Living Spaces: When you enter the main living room, you’ll be greeted by beautiful pool and lake views that instantly remind you why you’re here! You might even stroll right out onto the covered patio to start enjoying the outdoor space right away. But if you stop to check out the living room, you’ll love how comfy and inviting it is. With a plush gray sectional, a wall-mounted flatscreen TV for movie nights, and a cozy fireplace, it’s a great spot to relax with a book or play games with the kids. If you’re looking for even more entertainment, the 900-square-foot game room is sure to be everyone’s favorite indoor hangout. You’ll have a hard time choosing what to play first – foosball, pool, basketball, arcade games, darts, or board games. There’s also a kid-sized table and chairs, plenty of seating around a large TV, and a wet bar for drinks and snacks when you’re in the zone. Kitchen & Dining: When you don’t want to dine at the area’s restaurants just minutes away, the beautifully designed kitchen is ready for you. It’s fully equipped with white shaker-style cabinets (which can be child-locked if you desire), expansive marble countertops, and stainless steel appliances, plus small appliances like a Keurig, blender, and hot water kettle. Pull up a stool at the huge kitchen island, where there’s seating for four, or gather at the dining table with seating for six (and a high-chair), just steps away. Glass doors open to the patio, so you can easily enjoy after-dinner drinks outside. Bedrooms & Baths: With five spacious bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms, this home is wonderful for families and groups! The luxurious primary suite hosts both a King and Queen bed, an ensuite bathroom, and has direct access to Bedroom 5, the bunk room, for parents who want to keep an eye on the kids. The second, third, and fourth bedrooms have a King, Queen, and full bed, respectively. Some of the bedrooms have breathtaking water views or direct access to the full-length balcony overlooking the pool and lake, and every bedroom is thoughtfully designed with plush bedding and soft linens. In addition to three full bathrooms, there is also a half bathroom with a washer and dryer for your convenience. Spend peaceful mornings relaxing with your coffee on the covered outdoor patio on comfortable outdoor furniture or on the full-length balcony outside your bedroom enjoying lake views as soon as you rise. Hot summer days are best enjoyed in the large, heated brand-new saltwater pool with color-changing lights and deck jets that the kids will love! Sunbathe on lounge chairs while the kids use our floaties and dive for toys in the 6-foot deep end, or dip your toes in while the tiniest tots splash on the sun shelf. Just at the end of the lawn is beautiful Lake Otis. You’ll love the sandy beach area and the private dock over the water, which makes the perfect spot for fishing. We provide fishing poles and a tackle box for you to use and enjoy. There is a public boat ramp as well, so feel free to bring your water toys to get out on the water! You can tie up your boat or jet ski to our dock. As the sun sets, fire up the Blackstone grill and grab a drink from the mini fridge on the patio while the color-changing pool lights create the perfect ambiance for a relaxing evening on the lake.
Other Details to Note
No pets allowed. (Although we love furry friends, we don’t allow pets to help keep allergies at bay!) No smoking/vaping. No parties or events. SECURITY: This home is equipped with fire extinguishers, Bluetooth-linked smoke detectors (with a master control in the kitchen to silence in case of accidental smoke like burning food), and a carbon monoxide alarm. There is also a doorbell camera, but no other cameras on the property. POOL: Our saltwater pool is equipped with a heater. During the winter months we keep the pool around 74 degrees which is similar to many hotels in the area. We can turn the heater up to 82 degrees for an additional fee of $25 per day. If guests keep the cover on Guests have access to the pool light controls. Jets run at scheduled times, but you can request to have them turned on at a specific time as well. This property has stairs to access three levels, so it’s not suitable for wheelchairs. Please note that a number of windows in the home are outdated and can be hard to use. We plan to replace these soon! But we have three central A/C units for your comfort, so no need to worry.

Boating on the lake and visiting popular local theme parks are two of the biggest draws of the area. Our home is on a quiet street off the beaten path, offering lots of privacy, but still very close to excellent restaurants and lots of things to do! If it’s theme parks you’re looking for, our home is just 10 minutes from Legoland and Peppa Pig Theme Park, and under an hour from Disney World and Universal, giving park hopping a whole new meaning. Lake life more your style? We’re located right on Lake Otis with beautiful views. Our lake is a mini-chain, part of the famous Chain of Lakes, where you can boat between lakes and dock at waterfront restaurants. Bring your toys and use the public boat ramp to get out on the water, or simply fish from our dock! You can also spend a fun-filled day water skiing, wakeboarding, or tubing behind your boat, then watch a water ski show that’ll wow you. It’s also easy to take day trips to the beach (in either direction!) from our house, as we’re located right in the middle of the state. Privacy and tranquility blend perfectly with activity and adventure at our home in Winter Haven!
